Terms of Sale

You agree to the following terms of sale by purchasing from our website. All orders will be shipped out USPS. It is important to us that you be completely satisfied with your order, so please notify us if you are not. The customer will be responsible for all shipping costs in obtaining the customer’s order or any returns .Orders can be returned within 30 days of purchase with an explanation and a copy of your receipt. There will be no returns for wholesale orders or special orders.
If what you have ordered is on backorder, you will be notified.
Privacy Policy
We do not share any email addresses, street addresses, names, or phone numbers of our customers. If you do not wish to receive e-mail from us, please let us know by sending us email at sales@cmvalleyfarm.com. If you have supplied us with postal addresses on-line, and you do not wish to receive periodic mailings from us that contain information about our products and services or upcoming events, please let us know by sending us email or calling the phone number provided on our site.
The only time you will be contacted by us via telephone, is in regards to orders which have been placed.
We always use industry standard encryption technologies when transferring and recording consumer data exchanged with our website.

C&M Valley Farm, including Chuck or Melissa Hostetter, will not be responsible for any implied warranties, including those of fitness or merchantability for a particular purpose or application. The purchaser is responsible for the use of the product or any application of our product. The user is responsible for the end results on any use of our products. C&M Valley Farm, including Chuck or Melissa Hostetter will not be responsible for consequential, or incidental damages, sickness, illness, health problems, including travel expenses, loss of revenue, telephone charges, loss of equipment, and damage or loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the equipment, and it’s failure to function properly.
This warranty sets forth all of C&M Valley, Chuck or Melissa Hostetter’s, responsibilities regarding theses products.
